How It Works:

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt.

  • Contact us first at longjohntech@gmail.com—we’ll send a free return label! (No surprise returns, please.)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom/personalized gear, sale items, gift cards, or perishables. (Ask us if unsure!)

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Inspect your order ASAP—we’ll fix it! Email us with photos/details.

Refunds Made Simple:

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. (Banks may take a few extra days to post it.)

Pro Tip: Need an exchange? Return the original item first, then place a new order—it’s fastest!
